Ostéothaï
Allow 90 min : 120$
4 Ostéothaï Treatment Package* : 360$
Origins
Osteothai was born from the merger of traditional Thai massage, which originated in India, and Western osteopathic principles.
Created by Arno L'Hermitte and David Lutt, two French osteopaths passionate about Thai techniques, it integrates precise touch along the spine and dura mater into a dynamic floor-based choreography.
This East-West bridge aims to release physical and energetic tensions.
How it works
The massage takes place on a futon, fully clothed, without oil, with a typical duration of 60 to 120 minutes. The practitioner uses deep pressure with palms, elbows, and knees along energy lines, passive yoga-inspired stretches, and gentle osteopathic joint mobilizations to release fascias. Tissue listening guides the movements, alternating between slow and dynamic rhythms to reharmonize the body as a whole.
Benefits
Osteothai effectively relieves back pain, muscle tension, and headaches by improving joint mobility. It promotes energetic rebalancing, reduces stress, insomnia, and fatigue, while stimulating self-healing capabilities through work on fascias, organs, and vital flows. Preventive and therapeutic, it restores flexibility, verticality, and holistic well-being for a better quality of life every day.
*Additional information
Packages represent an ideal approach to optimizing your daily wellness care. I recommend completing them within a short timeframe, ideally over one month with one massage per week (4 sessions spaced 7 days apart). This rhythm ensures perfect synergy between sessions, preventing gaps and promoting long-lasting regeneration. The goal of the package is to structure your habits to achieve concrete results!
During massages and treatments, various tools and accessories may be used based on your specific needs, such as dry or wet cupping, poultices, tuning forks, Tibetan singing bowls, semi-precious stones, moxibustion, or the Kansu bowl...
