Who am I?

It all begins with touch.
A touch that is precise, slow, and attentive. A gesture that does not merely relax, but perceives, dialogues, and reveals.
Every massage I offer is a tailor-made experience, designed as a ritual. My hands adapt, explore, and feel. They follow the contours of the body, its tensions, its silences, and its memories. Nothing is standardized: every session is a unique encounter.
My journey has been shaped by diverse cultures of care and bodywork. From aesthetics and artistic makeup—within the performing arts and fashion industries—to Europe's most demanding spas, I initially explored visible beauty, the kind that catches the eye. But very quickly, a truth became evident: true radiance is felt. Massage then became a language. A path.
I trained in various traditions around the world: Ayurveda in France, traditional Thai massage, as well as deeper, more focused techniques such as deep tissue, bamboo massage in Greece, Senegalese calabash practices, Osteothai, Ayurvedic Yoga Massage, Caribbean massage, and Deep Feet. Each learning experience enriched my perception, like distinct nuances within the same musical score.
Over time, these influences merged into a personal, intuitive, and refined practice. A vision further enhanced by naturopathy, studied in Paris, which allowed me to understand the body beyond the physical gesture: its rhythms, its imbalances, its deep needs. It anchored my work in a holistic, living, and cohesive understanding.
Today, aesthetics, massage, and naturopathy are no longer separate disciplines. They come together to offer holistic guidance, considering the individual as a whole—in their sensations, their appearance, and their inner balance.
Each session begins with attentive observation: posture, skin quality, skin temperature, and the way energy flows—or resists. From there, the massage is co-created in the present moment.
Then, letting go takes over. The breath lengthens. The mind slows down.
Many describe this unique state, between waking and sleeping, where time seems suspended. A floating, almost surreal moment where senses sharpen, and where one effortlessly reconnects with oneself. It is at the heart of this intimate, profound space that care becomes an experience.
My practice is an invitation to slow down, to feel, and to rediscover a sense of alignment between body, mind, and everything that flows between them.
A return to the essential, guided by the gesture.
